We love the time when kittens are on the way. All kittens are personally attended by us, and due to this we limit our number of litters yearly since we are much more interested in quality than quantity. In fact we always take the exact date when the cats are mated so that we will know when to do the preparation for the kitten when they are ready to born.

The mothers to be are treated very well through good nutrition, since they deserve the best. We also do ultrasound for the mothers to check that the kittens are doing fine. Then we the due date arrives, we check the temperature so that we could know when they are going to give birth. During birth we stay with our cats so that we can give them the support needed in all instances. When the kittens are born, we take them to the vet for a check up to see that everything is fine. The mother is also checked. Then we help the mother by giving milk to the kittens. Of course we give the adequate milk they should get. Kittens are used to human contact from when they are born, so that the mother is happy to allow us to touch the kittens from the very first days following birth.

It is very important to establish a direct contact with the kittens in order to build a relationship of trust and confidence. Our kittens stay with the mother for at least ten weeks, to ensure that the kittens were given the necessary care and learned the basics – ie drink, eat, use the litter and clean themselves – in other words self sufficient. We will be proud to see the kittens growing and staying healthy. Micabliss Persians guarantees that all kittens are in good health before they are given to the new owner/s. Besides this we make sure that the new owner/s love cats and they are reliable persons who will take care of the kitten as it should be. Sometimes we visit the home of the new owner/s to make sure that the kitten will be living in an adequate atmosphere. We give a lot of importance to the well-being of our cats and this comes first and foremost. Due to this we do not give any of our kittens to pet shops in order to be sold. We also provide all the necessary equipment, food and accessories with every cat including a registered pedigree issued from the MFGC, which is affiliated with WCF (World Cat Federation).
